Above price reflects a pro-rated 30 day stay in May 2022.
Hard to really complain about the park in general. Stayed in the "lower" portion, right behind the pickleball courts which was great. Love, love, love pickleball. Level, gravel sites with ample room to fit any sized rig. Getting into and leaving the park was a snap.
However...... The site's electric meter was not operational, so the park decided to charge us a flat rate of $50. On its face, that's not bad..... for perhaps June, July or August in Prescott. Likely somewhat pricey for May when we were there. I could have easily overlooked this but.....
We reserved for May, June and July back in March. Paid a deposit was sent via email all the prices (which were different for each month). Checked in on May 1 and paid for the month up front (fine) and was given approximately 8 pages of park rules (no problem). However...
On May 21 I got a call from the office informing me that I would have to go to the office that day to pay them $60 for background checks for myself and the wife. Something about folks staying more than 30 days had to have a check done. I had not been informed of this back in March when the reservation was made, nor at the time of check-in on May 1 nor is there any mention of this in the pages of rules I was given on May 1. Was simply told they screwed up by not telling me any of this, but too bad -- I now get screwed by their screw-up. No attempt by anyone in management to remedy in any way their screw-up.
I was certainly willing to fill out the paperwork for the background checks, but since there was no mention of this I did not think I should be charged to have the checks done. Especially since I had already been there 21 days. Seemed a bait-and-switch to me.
They said "pay, do the checks or leave after 30 days."
We left after 30 days.

The above price reflects using the park's one-week discounted rate and the daily Passport America rate for 10 days.
Overall a good value in the off-season. Good location between Ocala and The Villages. Plenty to do with ample dining and shopping choices.
Easy to get to this park and easy to maneuver through the interior roads. Any sized rig is easily accommodated here. Check-in was smooth and staff was pleasant to deal with. Sites for the RV's are level gravel/dirt mixture with good sized concrete parking for a tow vehicle or toad and a good sized concrete patio with picnic table. There is also a second gravel area at each site where a second vehicle could easily be parked. Good clubhouse facility along with clean and well-maintained bathrooms and showers. There are 2 shuffleboard courts, a bocce court and one pickleball court (which looked brand new). With the heat and humidity and a number of snowbirds having already left when I was here in May, I never saw anyone utilizing any of these courts. I would imaging they are well utilized during the winter season. There is very good wi-fi here and cable TV, both included in the price, which certainly adds to the value one gets here.
The only downside I could see here is the proximity to Highway 441, a typically busy Florida thoroughfare. The road noise is significant at the sites on the east side of the park. The farther west you go into the park, the less noticeable the road noise is.

With most of the country shut down and Iowa State Parks closing in early April 2020, we found this to be one of the very few choices we had for a place to stay. The irony is that we sold everything, including the farm, to leave Iowa and fulltime in November, 2019! Never in a million years would have envisioned staying in Iowa as fulltimers in April!!
Having said all that, this is not our kind of place. On the plus side, the place was mostly empty and we had plenty of room to spread out. Other than walking/hiking, there really was nearly nothing to do with nearly everything shut down. The park is enormous and it most definitely is geared toward rallies/events rather than a destination RV park. Basically a huge field with long gravel pads -- sorely in need of updating -- where rigs would be back-to-back while sharing the same power pedestal and spigot. Interior roads are somewhat tight. It is almost impossible to not run over grass while turning into a site. The only facility open was the laundry room which was adequate. Never had a chance to check out the clubhouse or shower facilities. The staff was friendly enough although sticklers for details -- probably because of the Covids.
All in all, we couldn't wait to bust out of there in early May. Would be very unlikely we would ever return here to camp.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in July, 2020. The above rate reflects a weekly discount for a full hook up site. Sites here are very basic and narrow, though they are long enough for you to remain hitched up for a short stay if you wanted to. Kind of tight to make the turn into the full hookup row directly south of the office. Park is next to the Interstate so there is road noise to contend with. There are a few of what appear to be permanent residents here in somewhat rundown campers. But, we had no issues here from that standpoint.
Never used the bath or shower facilities here and the Manager was most helpful, though she could be hard to get a hold of at times. Plenty of dining, shopping and some activities right in Livingston, which seems to be a very nice and picturesque small town.
The main upside here was the abundance of hiking in the nearby mountains. We enjoyed several very nice hikes while in this area. In addition, Bozeman is relatively close, and there is plenty to do there.
We would consider a return trip here, but RV Parks really aren't our favorite places to stay.

The above rate is for a water and electric site in a grassy area which has 3 sites. Actually, if you have a smaller rig, I think this grassy area is the place to be. The rest of the park is a mix of pull throughs and back-ins which are very close together with very little separation.
This small park is a reasonable option if looking to check out the sites in Thermopolis. I took full advantage of the 24 hour laundry (which was clean and well kept) right across the street.
As others have stated, you are right on the main road so there will be some noise.

Stayed here for an overnight in June, 2020. The place was OK, but a run-of-the-mill RV park. It does have a reasonable rate for full hook ups, but there is a good county campground a couple of miles away right on the lake for half the price (with electric), even less if you can dry-camp.
Easy enough access off the Interstate, but a bit funky to get into your spot, mostly because they decided to enclose the water spigot and sewer dump in a sort of brick housing which was basically in the way. No where near enough room to remain hitched, and tough just to fit the truck.
Decent enough for an overnight stay. The pool looked nice, but we didn't use it or any of the other facilities.
I would pick the county park in the future.

Stayed here in Nov. 2019. The rate reflects Passport America discount. Owner met us at the office and led us to our pull thru, full hook up spot. Fairly level dirt surface in the trees. All site amenities worked as they should. Didn't check out any of the other facilities at this park, as we used it strictly for a one night stay. Had a peaceful one night stay. Highway noise was not a big factor here.
Would stay for a one-night stopover again.

As most reviewers have stated a truly beautiful place. I was camped in Hackberry, where a couple of sites are very unlevel. I would avoid site 32 at all costs. Site 29 was fine and I had a turkey visit early in the evening.
The thing to do here is hike. I took an early morning hike and opted for the GSL trail which begins just across the road from Hackberry and basically was the only person on it. What a great trail right through the Canyon. It runs for 3.1 miles and then intersects the ever-popular Lighthouse Trail. I opted not to go to the Lighthouse but took the trail back and joined up to the Paseo Del Rio Trail which took me back to the GSL trailhead at Hackberry. About 6.5 miles all told and a great hike.
Would have been great to spend more time here and take more hikes, but one night was all I could get.

The above rate reflects a one month rate during the "off" season and includes a metered electric charge. For the extra day we stayed here, we used our Passport America rate which was $22 (half-price, off-season rate). Fairly easy to maneuver a large sized rig here. Pads are asphalt and mostly level but somewhat narrow. Water, electric and sewer are all laid out as one would expect and all were in good working order. Sites in the short-term section of the park are close together with a small patch of grass separating each site. The long-term area of the park (I think 6 month stays or longer) is very, very nice.
Though there isn't much in the way of views and space, this park more than makes up for that with its amenities. A heated pool with snack bar, pickleball courts, nice, large clubhouse, a 4 table pool room with ample library are among the things to do here. There is also bocce courts and a shaded common patio area for grilling, gathering, playing cornhole, etc. Good clean shower facilities and laundry room. Shower facilities are comprised of 6 individual rooms with toilet, sink and large shower stall.
Right next door to a Walmart (could easily walk there if needing just a few items) with numerous other shops and restaurants within 2 miles. About a half-mile from the Interstate, though road noise isn't bad at all.
We were here for the month of May. Would really like to have been here for a spell during the winter, as there is an extensive list of group activities offered during the winter. It seems this is likely a pretty tight-knit and friendly community during snowbird season.

The above rate is the daily Passport America rate.
Very good deal here for $20. I was here in early October so the season wasn't underway yet which meant there were several empty sites. The sites here are all dirt/gravel full hook ups, level and a mix of pull thrus and back-ins. Each site has a small concrete patio area with a picnic table. Sites here are narrow but not horrible. The office staff was very helpful and accommodating. I asked to placed in a site with no one next to me and she happily came through. There is a pool here, but really not much else to justify "resort." I think there may be a par 3 golf course connected to the park as well.
Just off of US 95 in Fort Mohave, south of Bullhead City. Plenty of shopping and eats very close by. Quiet enough. For $20 this is really hard to beat for a one or two night stay.
