Friendly staff. Quiet place. You have to sign up for a casino Play Pass, and first timers get $10 in credit! Good food at restaurant. Decided to stay a couple of nights since you can stay up to 72 hours. Highly recommend this place!

Entrance to campground is poor. Our 25 ft Class C would have bottomed out if I hadn't been going slowly. Sites are grass. If raining you will be in a mud pit. Water was fine. Electric hookup was horrible. Any larger amperage draw (as low as a small Dometic fridge) caused a voltage sag that caused our battery charger to protect itself. So, basically had to pay $40 a night for water. That $ does not include a soak, BTW. That is an additional $12 per person per day. THEY SAY UP FRONT NO REFUNDS AND THEY KNOW THE PROPERTY IS RUN DOWN. Staff was not the best. Seemed flustered when asked simple questions like where do we park our toad? Dump station was well sloped but like everything old and unkempt. There is NO Verizon cell service so I don't know what those people were thinking back in 2021.

We were able to book a site the same day, which just so happened to be the 4th of July! The staff were friendly and helpful. The sites were spacious. I read some of the other reviews and I don't think they understood much of the layout of the facility (with the "My heart sank" comments). Yes, there is a storage area next door. Those are the campers that are parked close together. Our site was large enough for our motorhome and our Jeep parked NEXT TO IT... I have no clue why anyone would complain about slides. Folks in these reviews are expecting way too much now-a-days. This is a wonderful spot in Glenrock, WY. You should not have caviar expectations for $45/night folks! We would definitely stay here again!

Two of the campground sections are closed, therefore you get put where they have room. We were placed in a section filled with people who had been there for a long time. The gravel in our site was permeated with dog poop. Campers around us left piles of dog poop for days at a time and the one next to us had a 5-gallon bucket overflowing with poop bags. Children were playing during the day under campers. Yes, it is only $35 a night, BUT they should clean the sites and enforce the long set of rules. We were going to stay here for three nights, we cut it to two. Even after telling them after complaining about our site, they DID NOT REFUND THE NIGHT.

I'm pretty sure that the folks who "love" this place got put in the area in front of the office. This area sat with a ton of empty spaces, reserved for an "event". When pressed, the host said he could move me, but it would be in the same area of folks that he admitted had been there since July (It was February when we stayed). When chatting and me pointing out the dog poop situation, he admitted that he "hadn't come over to look at these areas". We just left early.

My advice is for one night if you're tired AND if you get put in the good spots in front of the office, stay. If they put you in the area to the left of the office, RUN!
