This is a very nice, clean, and big commercial campground with direct access to the beach. We stayed two weeks in early May, the place gets busy on the weekends. This is a Huge Park, onsite camp store, Large pool, and water park. It is for the most part Dog friendly, and there is a dog park "Barc Parc" a few miles north of this location. Verizon signal was strong. We were told the water had high levels of fluoride, so we took advantage of the free filtered water filling stations located throughout the park. We camped here in a 40 ft MH.

We stayed here mid Oct., views of the surrounding mountains were fantastic, we opted for this location because of its access to the Grand Canyon and Flag Staff, the town of Williams has some cool little shops on route 66, the $20 PA rate (5 day limit) is based on 30 amp service, AC's were not needed this time of year. We travel with two dogs and the park is somewhat pet friendly, they have direct access to the national forest directly behind the park, just 100 feet from our site where the dogs were allowed to be off leash, CAUTION there was allot of broken glass as you approach the trail into the forest near the block wall. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We are TT members so cost was in our membership dues, we opted for the waterfront sites water and 30 amp electric, and payed the $20 for the Honey wagon service, sites in section B are gravel with grass, lots of space in between. Verizon 4 bars 4g lte and At&t 3 bars 4g lte were strong here. Lots of deer around and some great Kayaking. Caution don't follow GPS if it tries to take you from PR37 to 3rd to Spur rd, you want to follow the signs and go PR37 to 8th Street, then right on Florida st then left on Spettle Ave. Good Mexican food just down the road at the La Cabana Mexican Cafe. Hot Tub and Pool, the hot tub was great and the pool was a bit chilly this time of year. We will be back for sure. I suppose if I had to pick a negative and its not really a negative it would have to be the speed limit getting to the lower campground area near the water its 5 mph its what I term creepy slow, could still be safe at 10 mph, but I understand it needs to be that way especially during peak times when there are lots of kids on bikes etc. also it would be nice to see them save the old farm house near the pool.

We chose this place because they were a PA member and we needed a place to stay for a few weeks, once we arrived we noticed the offer 4 months Sept thru Dec for $595, we arrived in November so for us if we did the deal it would work out $595 for two months still a good deal.
sites were clean and well maintained, management is top notch (not to stuffy), and internet was better than most rv parks, upload and download speed were in excess of 5mbps, and Verizon and AT&T which I didn't need to use were 4 bars. They have a small dog park on sight good for the morning relief, there is a public dog park a few mile west of the park just of Greenfield. sites were gravel with a cement pad but not a pull thru. I will be staying here again. I am giving them 4 stars, the only reason I'm not giving them 5 is due to the size of the dog park its fine for small dogs not suited for a dog that needs to run.

We stopped here overnight on our way north, the park is typical ACE, well kept, sites are gravel with a covered picnic table, the site we stayed in was sloped towards the road, so getting level was a challenge, beware of low hanging branches there are a few on the loop we stayed on. Nice Lake we will return when we have more time.
