We reserved 2 rooms and made it very clear the importance for us to be on the first floor due to having disability issues. We were assured 2 rooms on the ground level at the time of booking. That didn’t happen when we arrived. We were only able to get 1 room as promised on the first floor. Very disappointing since this would have been a deal breaker for us if we knew about it when booking. Rooms were nothing to brag about but decent for the money, it’s not the Ritz, but it’s a budget room. Grounds had pet droppings everywhere and grass areas were mostly dirt with spots of grass for pets. LOTS of pet droppings. If I had to do it again, I would not stay here.
