Ryan Mangus works at Studio 413 tattoos as an artist about 2 years ago he offered me a sleeve for $400 given the fact that he needed the money and he was doing bad I agree as time went on he came up with excuse after excuse to not finish his work his excuses included everything from being sick to taking care of his pregnant girlfriend to being homeless to losing all of his tattoo equipment as reasons to why he couldn't finish the job that he was paid in advance to do I wrote a review on Studio 413 tattoos website to only receive a message from the owner Dusty Chamberlain telling me to remove my post immediately this also followed calling me a punk and this was very unprofessional given the fact that that is what these reviews are for Ryan agreed to finish the outline of my tattoo on my sleeve but not finish the coloring which was previously agreed to when we made the $400 transaction I did not. Given the fact that I was threatened by the owner also called out of my name and was being threatened to take my review off of the website so now I'm stuck with a half done sleeve that I must find another artist to complete given the fact that Ryan also tried to charge me more money to finish the job that he was already paid to do his excuse I'm a better artist today than I was 2 years ago I have all of me and Ryan's messages screenshot it on my phone and saved given the fact that I knew that they would try to block me or erase the evidence of Ryan knowing that he was paid in full to complete this sleeve I will be talkin to a lawyer and handing them my evidence and also the remarks from the owner of this company I would not suggest anybody go to this place they're very unprofessional and they just have artist who are trying to find ways to get money out of people's pockets without completing the work Ryan offers coupons and discounts so you can buy for family and friends to come and get palm-sized tattoos I suggest not to pay in advance because I doubt that it will be completed given the fact that he already has the money from purchasing the coupon and advance and the shop also knows that Ryan was paid in advance to finish this tattoo because I had one piece done they're actually at the shop we set up another appointment and from there he ignored me and came up with excuses to not finish and I realize that all of their reviews on their website are good reviews given the fact that if you put a bad review they will call you and threaten you to take it down this is why I am assuming that they have five stars on their website I will be posting pictures on my Facebook account of my half done tattoo before I get it completed to show the world and also posting all of the messages between me and Ryan and also the owner Dusty Chamberlain if you would like to see my half done work or the messages between us because you've also had a bad experience with this place you can look up my Facebook account Maurice loftis which I will be making public for everyone to see and if you have any questions regarding my situation you can message me on Facebook Messenger
