Quiet except for traffic .. I parked too close to road, lot more sites available tho. I was too lazy to move.
Heading South on 85 turnoff is at or very near mile marker 55. Also you pass over a wash bridge and then turnoff is on right.

Hey it's quite inexpensive, I can put up with that. Park away from the road leading to the canal and it will be quieter and less dusty. I learned that the hard way.

Was some road noise but diminished by nightfall. Clean paved sites, water and sanitation provided. Didn't use restrooms.

$6.50 a night with Senior Pass included electricity. Clean paved sites with a nice view from many of them of Lake Wallula. Stayed 1 night. Strong Verizon signal 3 bars.

I stayed one night here on 02.23.18 slept ok, clean, some road noise but not too bad. Woke up to find my umbilical/electrical cord for my toad was stolen overnight plus a center cap on my toad's wheel. I know this can happen anywhere but not too far away are a couple more casino's and at least one of them offers security so NO I will NOT stay here again
I came here as a stopover expecting to pay $5. and the new rate as of Jan 2022 is $25.00 Too much for a parking lot. Not even allowed to use their dumpster. Security is nice and a good Verizon signal but no way will I stay here again, unles they lower their rates.
