The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars is because as noted they need to add more gravel to keep the mud/dust down. Other than that our site was beautiful! We just had the 30/20 electric and water hookups but there’s a dump station on site. Very convenient location close to what I consider the prettiest part of the Redwoods. We rented a car (need to work on a towable vehicle) and drove up to Stout Grove. It’s close to Crescent City and pretty beaches. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our site was a pull through but it was on the corners of an area that seemed to be all cabins. The standard pull through sites are the usual RV park style though many had a hedge between the sites. Bathrooms were clean and showers were warm. The far shower in the Women’s restroom had the hot and cold reversed but I figured it out.
