RV Park was nice and clean and everything worked perfectly. Cable TV and cell phone coverage good. Concrete pads and gravel driveway. Trees are still small so no shade. Grocery store, Dollar General walking distance. Casino was fun, (we won!) with a shuttle to get back and forth. The park is about 1 hour to the Ark Encounter and 30 minutes to Creation Museum, nice drive though.

Large field behind fair ground buildings with narrow sites defined by small amount gravel on dirt. Host was friendly and helpful when the electric service at our first site didn’t work. We moved and it was fine. The campground was not crowded and served its purpose for a one night stop on our way. Franklin is a cute town, shops and restaurants.
Stopped here for one night on our way home. It looks like this campground is primarily filled with long term rentals. Sites are part gravel and part weeds crammed and crowded very tightly together. Most sites are overstuffed with golf carts, atv’s, lawn chairs, grills, coolers, box fans, ladders and rusty pick up trucks. Pavilion was burned and is being rebuilt. On the positive side the young man who took us to our site was pleasant and the water and electric service worked. Would not however, recommend this campground to anyone and would not return.
