I am really surprised about the overall rating this theater has received. We live right up the street and come here fairly often. I've never had any serious issues with this place, and any problems that do arise is quickly fixed by employees or management. With that said, do not expect the kind of fancy you find at an AMC. They are just a theater with regular seats and an ordinary concession stand; no comfy couch seats and alcohol/bar here. In all, I enjoy the place and expect nothing more than a movie experience. :)
