There is fresh water available, bin and a dump point. There isn’t a lot of room maybe for about several caravans perhaps?
Nice distance from Brisbane or driving from Brisbane.
Fairly quiet for an overnight stop.

Not a bad overnight rest stop next to the Jordon river.

Unfortunately it was a little wet during our 4 day stay however it is situated in a region of Australia’s highest rainfall region.
The camp hosts were great and being a CMCA member the cost per night is outstanding.

What a fantastic overnight camp. Heaps of wood.
Rubbish bins.
Very peaceful!

Dump point, toilet and bins. With 3G phone signal.
It’s a very nice spot for coffee or to even spend a night here.
Amazing views.

Sunrises and sunsets between April and July are breathtaking.

This is what you call the Outback. High desert.

Not to bad a location. Room for only 3-4 caravan’s comfortably.
Head into Port Pirie after.
