Last minute stop. Easy access off the highway. About 7km off main highway. Small area for pets. Clean. Didn’t use bathrooms. 30 and 50 amp available. Full hookup. Truck route so some road noise. Alittle pricey for over night stay. Campground WiFi was not good. Verizon jet pack was not good.

Do not recommend that spot. Must have bread factory near because...man that smell was awesome! Nice fenced dog run. Plenty of different types of places to stay at. RV sites, boathouses, condos, efficiency apartments, tent sites and soon to have tiny houses! also boat launch on site. Not far from French Quarter we dove and had no problem parking. Needed a place last minute and this was a pleasant surprise. Owner and staff were so friendly. The grounds, pool and bathroom were clean. Open space to walk dogs. Seem to have kids activities. Wagon ride. Big trees for shade with a nice breeze. Will definitely go back again. Ice and firewood available.

We stayed over the weekend of New Years 2017. Nice small campground. Friendly Rangers and campers. Best site in my opinion is #8. Near boat ramp but off by itself. Next would be #9 &10. All three face the river. Like other reviewer Boats early in morning and shotgun blasts! Duck season! Other then that the rest of the time quiet. Clean restrooms & nice showers. There is a trail from campground to day use area but, not close.

We really liked this park. It used to be a private resort so, everything is really taken care of. Nice concrete pads, 30 & 50 amp posts and nice landscaping. Big rig friendly. Nice walk to beach or they have a shuttle service too. Winter time in Destin FL! You would think it would be crowded in Florida. Pleasantly surprised it was not. Summer & spring break is there big times.
