I would have given them zero stars but of course that is not possible!!! Don’t stay there, don’t make a reservation, they won’t honor it. They won’t even let you into the place to walk up to the counter!!! No way. They treat you like a criminal and keep you on the other side of the LOCKED DOORS!!!! Give me a break. And then when u tell them you talked to them about the room, they deny that they spoke to you!! They will say that it was a corporate call!!! 🙄 AS IF!!! PLEASE!!!! What do they think we are stupid????
