AMAZING STAFF! The hotel is fabulous and the food was wonderful. They really have it all at the Midland Hotel!! The Saloon and The Chop House are both located inside the hotel and I think it is a perfect combination for Hico to have! We will be stopping by AGAIN when we travel back through. TRY THE ALLIGATOR BITES!!
