Super delicious!!
We rented a row boat and fished on the lake. We didn't have much luck with fish (three very small). The lake is on the small side but was very nice and the water play area looked like a lot of fun.
This campground is beautiful! We stayed in site 51. Our site along with all others we saw were huge and spacious. The ground is pretty uneven, depending on the site and your tent size. The bathrooms are extremely clean and the showers are private. We have declared this campground one of our favorites. I see us stopping here many more time in our future.
We stayed in a few Fairfields on our trip and this one by far was not our favorite. Our room smelled weird and the receptionist was not standing when we entered. I know that seems petty but the professionalism we have come to expect from Marriot was not present. The lady was super nice but stand to welcome your guests. We noticed the wallpaper was pealing up in numerous places around the hotel. Overall it was just okay.
We were a little disappointed with our campsite. It was small and covered in fine powder dirt. The bathrooms were not clean. However, the park ranger was a delight and very helpful. I might have to think twice about staying here again, maybe if the site was larger.
This hotel was very nice and our room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The cape itself is beautiful but the bathrooms at the campground leave a lot to be desired. The faucets are what we started to call a "social experiment". I dare anyone not to splash themselves or the stranger washing their hands in the next sink. The showers are pay per use. Honestly, just charge us for showers with our initial reservation fee. We had a great time when we were not at our campsite.
The trail is like being on neverland island!! Beautiful.
This is a first come first serve campground, so come early to get the prime spots near the beach. The bathrooms have only one stall but are kept clean.
We enjoyed our stay here. The campground was beautiful and our site was a good size. We appreciated the private showers and the clean bathrooms.
