Oakland cemetery is worth a visit. It was founded in 1850 and has beautiful architecture and gardens with Spanish moss and magnolias. Margaret Mitchell, Bobby Jones, Maynard Jackson and the founder of Rich's Department Store are buried here. There are many interesting stories and myths about the cemetery and tours are offered.
