Mystic Springs does not resemble the official description or picture.

This site is owned by the North West Florida Water Management t District.

The Escambia River at this location is brown and muddy looking. We could not find any springs but there were a few ponds in the area

There are free primitive campsites (no electricity, water, sewer, or dump station) however reservations are required.

There’s also a boat ramp and chemical toilet.

It is a quiet spot to camp but if you are expecting a beautiful spring you will be sorely disappointed
