We had a short stay, pull thru site was easy access and level. Checking in was a breeze, they get you straight to fun. It was a stay for my bday and tropical storm Nicole decided to plow through Polk County at the same time. We received a text to evacuate but we were able to sign a waiver and they put us in a cabin for safety. So thoughtful of them and we are grateful as local parks were full.
One thing they may want to consider is an inside venue for food/bar. It can still rain in Margaritaville. Otherwise, will definitely be back. Lakeside pool was relaxing.

We stayed here on our very first trip learning the ropes of rv life. Staff was very friendly helping us back into the tight spot we were assigned. Lot was grass/sand which could use some updating. Some other lots were gravel.
Pool was very clean, staff was a bit strict about drinks in the pool for an adult only park but otherwise no complaints.
Super close to shopping, restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful country, and state park almost across the street with great trails. Site was concrete pad but at an incline. Was excited about activities listed online with numerous places to eat , enjoy live music etc. This was not the case. Had to leave for what turned out to be a week with coach issues and our neighbor stole our outside belongings even though we notified the office of our timing.
Great place for fishing and getting away from the hustle and bustle but our experience wasn't the greatest.

Easy park to access with level pull thru sites and full hookups. Very clean with activities through the week. Although there is not much to do outside of the park. Few restaraunts and a very small state park that's near. Walmart is directly across the street from the park as well. Very convenient for groceries.
Only downfall was they were repainting all the buildings and pool area. Missed out on a few pool days and accessing the billiard room. Otherwise the permanent residents were welcoming.
