Clean room, nice staff, pet friendly, average price. It hit all the check boxes for us.

Not a complete dive. The place doesn't look horrible on the outside and the area isn't too scary but the room absolutely reeked of cigarettes, there was only 1 big towel and no amenities (bring your own shampoo). However, the price was very reasonable so this can be chocked up to one of those "you get what you pay for" deals.
