The wait was 45 minutes and we were skipped on the list a few times. It was well worth the wait. It was amazing! The shrimp Benedict was huge and over a buttered croissant. It's also the perfect spot to go to the aquarium after in short walking distance!

Gorgeous design! Hearst knew how to decorate. Tour guides were informative and nice. Great water conservation as well since california is in a drought
