Hotel was clean, nice rooms. Trundle bed was great to use. Curtains were good blackout once sun was up and we wanted to sleep longer. Walls insulated as we never heard anyone else.
Reception desk had good service. Even security was helpful finding a place to get pizza in the middle of the night as we’d arrived late.
Complaints;
- the way the room was designed we had the handicapped room with a bathtub for kids, however the bathroom door is glass so if you wake up to use the bathroom the door is at the foot of the beds so the lights shine in your eyes as the person still in bed.
- Only reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is that at 940 we went downstairs for the “hot breakfast” and were given paper lunch bags with a bottle of water, an orange and 1 Nature Valley granola bar. Funny because a normal Nature Valley package has 2 bags but they even had purposely purchased them individually. And they could give us only 4 oranges but a ton of granola bars & water, so they had run out of fruit.
