Coming from PA didn’t know what to expect. The dusty drive to the ranch brought promises of being “out in the country”. We were surprised at the well groomed dirt and stone sites! All pull thru and huge! Full hookups. Everyone was friendly. It is in open range and a working ranch. It truly is a hidden ranch in the valley. Suggest Peppers in town for grocery shopping.
Your rig will be dusty but worth it!

Stayed here for three nights. A lot of rain thunder and lightning. Our fifth wheel was on a cement slab so even though it was muddy we were fine on the pad. Hardly anyone here the end of April. Peaceful and quiet. If you’re a golfer bring your clubs to use on the 18-hole golf course. You can rent golf carts. There is a restaurant on site but it was not open yet for the season .
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
There is no AT&T service but you can buy access to their Wi-Fi .

Back in sites only but sites are in a big circle with amenities in the center. No cell service for ATT but WiFi that is fair is available. Small off leash dog park.

Unfortunately it rained almost the entire time here. Close to Lake George. No management around to be seen.

No one around to dispense propane.

Electric was bad. Hard on equipment.

Quiet place,campers left onsite during week. Lacked WiFi, cell service, no tv reception, laundry was closed. 30 amp electric was not good. Our surge protector cut power several times a day when ac tried to run
