Went here two weeks ago at 11pm after watching a beautiful sunset on the causeway. It's open 24 hours. I'd suggest going on a fuller moon because the view is incredible with the reflection on the water. We didn't see the amount of stars in the provided photo, but it was a great experience with my husband. The only thing that would make it better is to open it to the public.

My friend made this reservation for myself, my husband, two kids (6 and 8) and our dog.

Pros:
The location was pretty convenient as it's right downtown, and it looks good on the website and in the photos. The woman at the front desk when I checked in exhausted at 8pm was very nice and helpful, had me in and out. As was the woman working the next morning when I couldn't figure out the waffle machine and when my daughter and I needed an extra hand opening the door with our hands full of breakfast.

Cons:
Whoever took the reservation hadn't written down that we had a dog so my friend was charged a pet fee when that mistake should have been on them. The woman actually told me that the first shift never tells her anything so there's a lack of communication which isn't good customer service. Parking is very compact, it doesn't look like they even have enough spots for the amount of rooms they have, and the way it's set up wastes space they could use. There were cobwebs by the front door, along with pieces of the actual door itself, and a huge warped section of wood. The bathroom floor looked not wet, but like dried up pee that someone hadn't cleaned up. And unfortunately this morning once it was too late, we realized the sheets were dirty with what also looked like dried up pee. Gross. The "pet area" is not easily accessible and you have to walk around the building to get to it, which isn't helpful when you have a dog who shows her ass every time you take her out in public. And finally, even though checkout is at 11am, some woman was knocking on all the doors at 8:15am. As me, the kids, and the dog sat in the car, my husband was getting last minute items out of the room. She asked if he was done, and even though he said not yet, she walked in anyway and opened the blinds. Then came back inside again before he was finished. I don't plan on visiting Pendleton again as this was a favor trip, but if I do, I won't be staying here. My friend should get his money back.

I've been a housekeeper. I know it sucks, but it has to be done for sanitation. I'm surprised this place is still in business...
