The service bumped this rating up to the 5 star. We were pleasantly surprise with refreshments, snacks & wet towels. The watching party was great as well. Not knowing much about whale watching, I was hoping for an even closer look. We did follow 2 whales & saw them a few times. The spinner dolphins were everywhere & that was great.
The food & service was amazing. Just a tiny laid back place. I would have given it a 5 star but they do not have a public restroom. We had to use a port a potty in the parking lot & then come back in to wash our hands. Please don't let that stop you from going there & grabbing some food to go. The lobster cakes are the best we've ever had. Nice family run place :)

The visitor center at 9200 feet was spectacular. They have a star show a few times a week. The weekends are super busy. Next time I would go on one of the week night shows. Hot cocoa was appreciated due to it being cold up there. Dress appropriately (hat & gloves would have been nice). We managed with towels wrapped around up :)
Amazing food & the best service that we've had all week. The noodle bowls & sushi were outstanding. My husband is a chef and we really appreciate a great meal, wonderful service at a nice price.
