This was a fun historical visit I made with my twin 6yr olds and 9 yr old. I needed a time filler on my trip and this was good. I believe it was one of the first settled houses in Centerville. It was neat to see how they added on to the house as times changed. From what I would call pioneer days to having electricity. (An electric ‘ice box’). The first school house is just up the road sharing the same parking lot with Graeter’s. (We had ice cream and then went to see the school house.)
