We stayed for four nights. Initially put in open field (“front lots”) with no trees or shade but they were able to accommodate a spot with shade and tree cover (still full services). Pool looked nice (didn’t use but saw others). Small but new off leash fenced spot for dogs. Nice playground if you have kids. No noise issues for us.
