Sunday lunch is the best for dining. The glassed in dining room offers close up views of the Kanawha Falls, wonderful food and top notch service. Home baked pies are a mile high! Yeast rolls as good as it gets. Prices are reasonable.
It's more than a rib pit. Steaks are very tasty, anything from the grill if great. Bring a doll or bill to color & add to the decor. Stay away from salads, bitter bag offerings. A bit pricey but on par with Outback.
Buffet offerings are limited. Good is tasty but way overpriced. In summer the dining room is open air & has bugs flying around.
Good food, friendly owners and not to price. A favorite with locals.
Staying there is fine but the restaurant is horrible. My fries were still frozen & the bread on my sandwich was molded, not just a little mold & they tried to hide it by covering the worst of it with about a cup of mustard. Ew. None of the locals will eat there.
