Con’s, our stay was average. The hallways felt muggy and no air conditioning at all. Beds not so comfortable. The A/C was not so potent, something wrong with the unit possibly. Room was a little small for comfort. Pro’s, level of noise is low, cleanliness and stocked bathroom.
Gari and Hika were amazing! So attentive and helpful. Everything about our stay was great. Room was spacious, beds super comfortable, our bathroom was very clean and stocked; the entire suite smelled good. No complaints! First time staying at a TownPlace Suits by Marriott for family and I, we will definitely stay at another one of their locations in the near future.
Very sweet and helpful front desk staff. Our room was so clean, smelled great and the bathroom was stocked with enough toiletries. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked perfectly. No complaints.
