Checkers can be counted on for the same quality, and a good tasty cheap hamburger from one place to another. This spot qualifies. I don't know why I don't think of it more often, other than it's bland and uninteresting food.
If you don't get there exactly at noon or dinner time, the food is pretty bad. When it is freshly set out, it is quite edible, so there is a wide variation on what you can expect for quality and flavor.

I have tried it and tried it, the food is overpriced and nasty. Our local area lost our Sonny's and we are left for this as the last choice before Winn Dixie's holiday rib racks (which are better than Dick's).
