Pulled in around noon of 5/21/2023. There are 3 parking lots (2 of which are Wall Drug lots). The lot directly to the north of Wall Drug is a Wall lot and it has a sign that identifies No RV/Travel Trailer etc. 1 lot directly behind the Sheriff station is city owned and specifically states no overnight or camping allowed. Next to the parking city owned lot is the other Wall Drug parking lot which allows overnight RV parking.
Stayed 1 night on 5/15/2023. Good sites all appear level. Area was clean and well kept. Did not use the facilities. I'm a sound sleeper so I am unable to comment on road noise. Towards 10-10:30 p.m. I did not hear much if any highway noise when walking our dog. I will overnight at this location again.

Stayed here during visit to Pawhuska. Power pedestal worked fine. Water spicket is on the passenger side at this particular site, a longer water hose would be required. Site was across from restroom/shower house. Water was only on at the restroom/shower house, facility was well taken care of showers were adequate and water was comfortable. The campground was created by the Civilian Conservation Corp during the mid 1930s. The stone structure and surrounding stone works were built then and is a testament to the individuals of that time. As others have stated, busy months could be very crowded and might not be as pleasant. There is also additional camping located up the hill from this area. I do not recall whether they are "dry camping'" or not. Hope this helps anyone considering this state park.
