Although it is very difficult to find this park because there are NO signs and it is tucked away between the golf course and the residential area. Look at the satellite view on Google before coming. The sites are very clean; they are also narrow. The gravel parking area would be great had they thought out the utility placement better. But the grass area is so soft. Many of the sites have a fairly drastic slope to the rear, be prepared with extra leveling blocks. Side to side, leveling was great. Best part, there are lots of deer to watch; two herds, one with 6 the other with 14.

This is a nice quiet campground except when I stayed, there were lots of children. Camp store has coffee bar and ice cream station.
No outside TVs, or radios - like that.
Lots of trees, be careful. Not appropriate for larger rigs.

First, the daily rate was $54.99 BUT then there are additional fees that add up to $69.86 a night.
The days I was there were very cold over night and there was no heat tape or insulation on the water spigots so they froze up.
The pool was closed.
Dogs are allowed but not welcomed. The park rules state walk your dog in the forest - there are no walkable trails in the forest. The "forest" is very rocky terrain, true ankle twisters.
Cable did not work at my site.
At best, I would classify this as a rustic park - overpriced.

This is a good choice for an overnight stay while traveling I--80. Pull-thru site was plenty long enough to remain hooked up. Makes it easy for a quick in and out. There is traffic and train noise but not that loud. Excellent laundry facilities. Some sites have cable. WiFi worked well.
Took a bit of time to get someone to come to office for check in. I would suggest they use a use an after hours check in all the time.

Outstanding RV Park. Owner and Staff are absolutely great, they are respectful and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Every part of this park is exceptionally clean, and the sites are large. So, what sets this park apart… There is a nice dog park but there is an indoor dog wash AND a pet memorial rock garden. There is a fully working laundry at reasonable price, but there is an outdoor patio with comfy furniture and clothes lines and clothes pins supplied too. You can wash your RV at your site, but there is a separate area with a cement pad for vehicle washing. For those staying for longer periods of time, they have set aside the first Monday of the month as “Maintenance Monday” to exercise generators and have posted a list of other items everyone should check to keep your rig in good working order. Who does this???

And the humor, Scott (owner) keeps the mood lite throughout the park. Outside the Ranch House is “Solitary Confinement for spouses that need a timeout”. Or having dog park corrals for “Non-Social Dogs and/or Their Non-Social Owners”. The various events are fun too, glad I went.

What I am trying to say is that they tried to think of everything and are open to suggestions too. If you are in the area, this is THE place to stay.
