They appear to be just starting out because as we arrived the landscape is littered with equipment, dead RVs, half sunken boats in the pond, and one of the 2 roads in had such a deep dip it was impassable towing a trailer.
Best to arrive before paying to be sure it is what you are expecting because they won’t give you a full refund. The young people running it are nice but they stick to their policy even though we felt they misrepresented the place on the description and photos. There are no traditional RV spaces per se. There is a rutty field on a slope and we were to set-up our trailer on the slope several feet away from some porta potties. There is a pond but the actual hot springs are in a rustic pool area and the office and bathrooms are a bit shack-like. Maybe a hippie-bohemian vibe?

Second time at this lake and both times it has been clean and quiet with friendly people. I think most camp sites have a view of the water. Facilities were clean and the hookups easy and appropriately placed. Lots of space to walk the dogs.

This is a good place for RVers to stop for the night or a few hours to make some lunch and rest as you’re passing through. There’s plenty of space for RVs and areas for dogs to walk and plenty of bathrooms.

We stayed 3 nights on our way north. We got the back in spot nearest the river. There are many pull thru spots with an unobstructed view of the river as well. Great green space and beach for the dogs. There are a number of separate fire pits with a park bench in front of each along the shore. Full hookups are properly placed and functional. The staff was friendly and help guide you to your spot. It’s surprisingly quiet here at night with only the sounds of the river. In the winter, it was clean, no muddy areas nor much puddling. Landscape is either blacktop, gravel, or grass. Our campsite was perfectly level.

We arrived midday and didn’t yet have a reservation but we were able to create a same day reservation online after we found the spot we wanted. Water and electricity was at the site but gray/black tank pump out is only near park entrance.

We arrived in the evening and the pull thru site more than accommodated both our 19’ trailer and SUV. All the hook ups worked perfectly and the facilities were clean.

We’ve stayed here several times so far usually for 4 days at a time. We have only encountered friendly people and the sites are clean with some desert dust mixed in. Hookups are great and appropriately placed. Spaces are semi-private via tall shrubs. There is a pool and hot tub on-site and 2 off leash dog runs.

Somewhat secluded camp sites. The 4 "B" sites are the only sites with sewer pump out. At this site, of the 3 major cellular carriers, only Verizon had useable coverage. The other two would come and go. Walk a hundred feet away for the other carriers to get decent signal. Our dogs loved the small park at the shore with the gray view, picnic tables and plenty of greenery to run around in.

This is a clean “country club” type of RV park laid out like a neighborhood with Street lights, several pools, clubhouse, etc.; however, the pools were closed when we were there and that was where the lack of customer service was apparent. The laundry washers required minimum of $10 by credit card, which is 4 large loads, and the dryers only by quarters and the office would only sell whole rolls of quarters, another $10 for 6 full loads minimum. How much laundry do they think RVers carry? The next is we needed a late checkout, by only an hour or two. Usually not a problem anywhere else, especially since this park was only at about 10% of capacity. We were even willing to pay their $30 late checkout fee, but they said no. Not even moving our small trailer to the parking lot for the hour…nothing. Only option was to pay over $70 for another night.

No hookups but we knew that from the Campendium app. That’s why we have a trailer. So we don’t mind boondocking for a few days. Camp host are super friendly. Site #1 has a view of the lake. We stayed in site #2 and did not hear any noise from the road above at night but maybe if you are in a tent you will. Plenty of space to walk the dogs. Garbage and recycling bins everywhere. T-Mobile had 2-3 bars and over 100 Mbps download speed in 4G and over 600 Mbps in 5G. AT&T only showed SOS with no data.
