As much as this fellow Chicagoan frowns upon the total cost it took to complete Cloud Gate (aka 'The Bean'), I cannot get enough of it!
Lucky enough to live in that area, I walk through Millennium Park on a daily basis, while enjoying the photo ops like any other tourist. It's truly a magnificent sculpture.
Most people miss the opportunity to stand at the ends of it (the north and south sides) and experience the perfect oval.
A true destination place for thrill seeking, roller coaster fans. Staying on the property is convenient. While the hotels are a little run down, they are working on making renovations as of last year (2014) at Hotel Breakers.
Cedar Point has the best coasters than anywhere I have ever been, and the most in one place. After all these years, it is the one place my siblings and I make a point to meet up and go together and leave the kids behind...so we can be a kid again for a day.
