Very friendly staff and very clean campsite. The showers are very clean and private. The dog park is a little small. The premium sites are fabulous with a paved stop and patio with a swing, table, and fire pit. Spot are nice and big compared to other KOAs.

Very conveniently located off the highway and to the heart of Memphis. A quick drive and we were downtown. The staff was very friendly. The bath and showers are dated yet they are clean. Nice food options, you can get a BBQ pulled pork sandwich delivered right to your site.

Sites are close together similar to most KOAs.

Very nice campground. Small camp however it’s right off the highway which is perfect if you are just driving through town. Showers and bathrooms are very clean. WiFi didn’t work. Nice big dog park.
