I got in touch with Michael to rent this home to host a gathering to celebrate my marriage and booked for 2020 two years away. I paid approximately 75% of the whole thing to secure my place. Unfortunately, changes in life circumstances required me to cancel and request for a refund. It took a month, which wasn't an issue, until he chose to keep a portion of my refund, although his policy explicitly states, "a full refund." I politely requested for the remaining balance. He said "I wasted his time and to leave him alone." I sent him two more polite messages asking him to reconsider in honoring his policy, to no avail. It was baffling so please do NOT book with this unprofessional man if there is any possibility of having to cancel the reservation. Feel free to get in touch with me for the screenshots.
