We drove the southern loop. We didn't have time on this trip We saw herds of wild horses, many prairie dog colonies, a couple of coyotes looking for some prairie dog dinner, a very majestic bison, and younger bison rushing for a special dinner since it seemed they recognized the ranger vehicle arriving at the farm. There were a lot of young bison around on a warm November day.
