A great stop on the Oregon Trail. Good history, good condition, and a nice place to take a break from driving.

Make sure to go on one of the tours into the caves. The whole family loved the stop. Make sure to stop near the main entrance and watch the mass amounts of prairie dogs.

Awesome stop!!! Saw Bison, bighorn sheep (right next to my car on the road in), and prairie dogs.

Interesting to see the monument. Not sure if this was the actual site or just the area. There was not another railroad line within site of the monument.

Great spot to stop and a stretch your legs. Quick 45 minutes self guided tour. The kids loved it.
