I felt like i was staying at my grandma's house when i was here. It definitely is an old building so there arent many amenities and the rooms are small. But its so cute! If you just want a place to crash, it's perfect. The area surrounding the Inn is great too. Lots of places to eat/drink and is very safe.
Hotel VT was fantastic! The rooms are very contemporary. They are small, but the details make the room feel bigger than it is. The staff was very welcoming to us and helped us with all our questions. The hotel is also walking distance to church street and also has a very popular restaurant on the main floor.
Excellent place for a romantic getaway. Huge bathtubs and cozy rooms. The recently installed an infinity pool with a bar! Definitely a great place to spend a summer weekend at. Shepherdstown is a cute town as well. Its only 90mins away from DC, but you feel like you are 100s of miles away.
