The Bluffton’s Slaw Grater is superior to all graters when it comes to producing long thin sweet cabbage for slaw. Our family owned this grater back in early 50’s. My mom’s slaw was the favorite in our social gatherings. As the five siblings left home we were gifted this slaw cutter. We can’t imagine making slaw with another type grater. It may tarnish over time but it keeps it’s sharp edge. Do not place in dishwasher.
