The hotel was clean and the room good. Breakfast was better than most. Spa was out of order entire stay during Jubilee. Not enough electric outlets in room for phones.
Loved this place...fun for whole family. Pools on one end of town geared more for adults. Five pools ranging in temp from 101-116. These are natural mineral springs. Also rafting setup and went through town. All in all, we talked about.
I wish we'd had more time to go thru. It was very hot and we had been waiting for Robert Fuller fan activity. Very interesting info and blogs, store was nice and facility appeared to be well maintained.
The hotel was clean and the room good except safe was locked, tv and land line phone did not work. Also spa was out of order entire stay during Jubilee Days. John on nights was quick to come up and get the TV going but remote had to be held directly in front of TV receptor until it could be fixed. We talked to the manager Brandy who said she would come fix the tv and safe. Waited 45 minutes and left for Jubilee Days and Robert Fuller fan activity. When we arrived back late afternoon nothing had been fixed. Room had been cleaned up by maid. Next morning Brandy told us she was not able to work without us in the room. I was not understanding why she couldn't come into room and fix the safe and TV but the maid could make the beds, etc. really would have been nice to use spa during stay too...isn't their a maintenance schedule for the equipment to prevent these breakdowns? Very disappointed with Brandy and the lack of amenities we paid for.
The room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff cheerful and friendly. Bathroom doesn't have fan and tub area leaks onto floor so lucky my pants were not thrown down.

Yogurt in cold reefer is getting opened because of stacking. Threw three out.
Please have fresh coffee early since us early risers like lots and pouring cold cup is not fun. At least just remove the canisters. Thx.

Had a very nice stay here. Staff very very helpful and friendly the room was clean, bed comfortable and pool refreshing. There was a window seat and air conditioning in room. Laundry room was clean and working since I washed two loads.
Suggestion would be to include fruit in the breakfast bar like apples or oranges or even canned peaches. Thx.
We had a bedroom suite on first floor. Lots of room to relax with couch and recliner, plenty of dishes, microwave, stovetop and large refrigerator. There were dishes, soap etc. the sundry workout room also had a variety of foods for purchase ie frozen, canned, packaged. Bedroom had a TV and closet, bed was comfortable. Room was clean and plenty of towels and blankets. There is a pet potty area outside, BBQ tables available out back and Walmart is very close,
Service was friendly and helpful. Guy with silver hair bent over backwards to help whenever I asked.
The door key required jiggling to get in and the recliner was hard to put back to a chair.
Overall we had a nice comfortable stay and would come back again.
It's a once in a lifetime experience. We got up at 3am and left at 3:30am to get out there early for parking and traffic reasons. The weather favored the balloons to lift off and we were there for the special shapes rodeo. The myriad of balloons was outstanding. Wear layers of warm clothing you can remove as its cold until the sun comes out. Found the teriyaki chix on a stick very tasty. The coffee is very bad so being your own if you like bold yummy stuff. It would benefit to add a good coffee stand with some GOOD coffee.
Nice sized clean room with reefer. The bed was ok. Left before breakfast. Friendly service. Wifi somewhat weak but worked. For the price, I was satisfied and will come back.
Ate dinner at JailHouse. Food was good and atmosphere lots of fun.
I'm coming back to spend more time here. Lots of historical and outdoor activity i.e. Railroad, caves, rock hunting, hiking.
The room was small but very clean. I'd like to have either a fluffy pillow or at least two flat ones per side. My hubbie and I shared queen bed. The bed was firm and a little creaky. The service was excellent....they called prior to arrival to confirm reservation, continental breakfast was home made items like biscuit with slice of ham and cheese to warm in micro, zucchini bread, fresh coffee, bagels, cereal fruit and fresh half n half. This is an older 60s style motel on ground floor. I loved this feature since I have arthritis. Within walking distance of downtown Baker City. We ate at Barley Browns...great food and brewskies.
For the price we paid I give 4 stars. If you want the Hilton, this is not it. If you like a decent priced clean room for a stay over this worked very well.
