I come to RA about once a week. You cannot beat the happy hour from 3pm to 7pm, with reverse HH on Sundays starting at 8pm. Citrus garlic yellowtail for $5, Sapparo light and Saki for $7 and rockin shrimp. So good.

Zimzala is my favorite spot in HB. AWESOME atmosphere, service and happy hour. It's also dog friendly with their own menu. I recommend the flat bread, mussels and ANY of the breakfast items.
