Great place, well furnished and clean with very nice owners. CAC, tile floors, screen porch & patio on the canal. Bright & pretty decor. A pontoon boat is available for an extra charge. The gulf is about an hour away by boat, mostly slow, no wake zones. The Anclote is great for kayaking.
