our room was nice, it was a suite with a jacuzzi tub, lots of room, it had a little kitchenette as well as additional seating TV area, the breakfast was VERY hard to find, it is in an old hotel room and it looks like they just took out the furniture & put in breakfast, the options were not all that appetizing , it is interesting however the apperance of the food or how it is presented really changes how it taste, we had the same meal almost at a different lodge the day before, but it was displayed very inviting, you wanted to eat there, this one you look at and decide Im just going into town and eating something GOOD and not so processed
BEST hotel in town, breakfast was amazing, the room was very nice too, I think a suite, lots of room to bring our bikes up in the room with us, and lots of room still available, just lovely, my only downside to staying here is the lack of good food in town... everything seems to be owned by the same folks & they dont know what fine dining is......pout about the food, all smiles otherwise
we had a great stay here, the only problem we had was the extra lock on our dor was reciently ton from the wall, but the door lock still worked fine, the room was amazing , so were the views from our porch, we wer in the 3rd or last row up and I think that is the best vew point, I bet they are all good though, every direction you look here is amazingly beautiful. bonus thee steak house may not look like much, but we ate there 2 of our nights stay and both nights it was spot on, with great service.
great dinner, it is a bit pricey but we could only complain about a rude customer near us, everything about our meal and the service was spot on, we had the Lamb, I wish I could figure out the seasons on it , really good~!~ and the fillet Mignon both made our mouths water, great wine list, sadly no BAR.... pout
we are staying here now and it is just lovely, we stayed in the cabin which is a free standing unit, king size bed and a jacuzzi tub as well as alk in shower, Very cute, great staff, very helpful and super friendly, my only down side was they provide very nice shampoo & conditioner as well as body wash in the shower, but no bar soap while I was in the tub, they did have hand soap at the sink in a dispencer I guess I could of used that... one more thing was that it was super cold when we got in our room, like the low 50s and it took hours just to get up to 68, just straight out COLD, I did find a space heater in the morning while looking for a blow dryer... wish I had found that the night before, the blow dryer did in fact work very well. ok back to the good great coffee with a full size pot several packs of regular as well as decaf hot chocolate, spiced cider and several teas o choose from, there is a lovely stream running behind the Inn and they have made that area just beautiful, bridges and paths to wander on as well as lots of seating areas with a fire pit. aside from the cold I loved this stay
the ticket price is HIGH, I think $48.00 but..... the view is PRICELESS, plus I did the skyway Zipline tour, 7 ziplines through the tree tops along with rope bridges, super fun~!~ great tour guides made my trip een more fun, taking time to snap photos along the way, Dillan & Kyle thanks so much for an epic day at Heavenly
had a nice room with everything we needed in it, the bathroom has the best vanity mirror ever & made doing my makeup so easy, great coffee in the room the staff even started breakfast early for the cyclist doing the Tour de Tahoe, only complaint and it was our neighbors as well was that our card keys had to be reprogramed 4 times in 2 days.... thankfully the front desk staff was very helpful and didnt mind doing it over & over, seems like a pretty simple fix to make a perfect stay

great spot, rooms are small but we still had plenty for our needs, room 4 had a fire place and a jacuzzi tub along with a private balconey off the back, room for our bikes..... one of the high lights was the evening fir in a centrally located fire pit, lovely~!~ coffee was pretty darn good too. Red woods were the best thing ever
we had a great stay, the room with a privat bath was small, but clean and had a cute charm, the balconey( shared) was a lovely place to have a coctail after a day on the coast, the restaunt was really really good, I hear they have a new chef and everything was perfectly prepared, even if our waiter was a bit quirky, it was still a fun night and we didnt even need to leave the hotel, everything we wanted was right there, including epic views... we had room 13
