The owner is aggressive and unprofessional. Cancelled my paid in full reservation 2 weeks before travel date with no reasoning. Owner violated her own rental agreement by cancelling for a reason other than the property being unrentable and also by not helping me find a new comparable place. The listing was immediately rerented on the calendar so she clearly had someone paying a higher price. I have sent three messages since the cancellation and still have heard no response. She will be hearing from my attorney shortly.
