Me and my girlfriend got away from Kansas City for a night and stayed at the Elms. The renovations were wonderful and the history of the hotel and its visitors were preserved through out. The restaurant was elegant and the food and drink was worth the price. Fun time for a quick get away!
It's a short 10 min hike to Mesa Arch and well with the view! The arch stands at the edge of the Canyon, so it is like looking thru a window out into the Canyon below. Amazing sights and great for picture taking. Worth every minute!
This might have been the best part of my road trip! Stop at the visitor center inside the park and cross the street to the view point. Standing on the edge will blow your mind and leave you in awe. A must if staying in Moab!
Got to the park at 6:05 and was able to drive thru without an admission fee and got some unreal sunset pictures! Though I didn't get to see the visitors center, the drive thru and pictures were a treat. A National Park to put on your bucket list for sure!
Stayed here one night while checking out Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks. A little dated but the rooms were clean, showed had good pressure and rooms had a kitchenette. Right next door to a good diner and down the street from a brewery! Overall a good experience.
I stayed for one night here at the Far View Lodge and had overall had a very good experience. The room with a view was a wonderful perk and had a great view of the sunrise. Everything was clean in the room including the showers. The only complaint I had was there were gaps in the top and bottoms of the doors that a join rooms and we could hear our neighbors chatter clearly. The Lounge had some good beer and snacks with a great view of thunderstorms rolling in the distance.
I stayed here one night with a few friends after seeing the Black Canyon National Park. Very clean and really friendly staff! The continental breakfast was good, with the typical cereal and fruit offerings, as well as waffle maker. Heated pool and hot tub was clean and open till 10pm. Great rates and good food in the cute old downtown.
I came here in 2010 and was amazed! Just off the road, you can hike up...as far as you dare! A lot bigger and higher than you think. A worth while stop along the road.
I was here in 2012 and the experience was awesome! The view of the city below is awe inspiring. There is a restaurant at the top where you can have a beer to celebrate the adventure. Def worth the time and money.
My girlfriend and I stayed here on an overnight getaway and had a great time. Stayed in room corner suite 301 with a great balcony as well. Take advantage of the free shuttle service so you don't have to drive the steep roads at night. Well worth it! Wonderful history and service. Will definitely stay again!
