Very run down and unkempt. Trash all over unmowed grass. Toilet could double as a rocking chair. I almost fell off! Plus (for a solo motorcyclist) there are a few rooms with exterior entrance with parking. Saturday night is "Latin night" at the attached Blue Tequila bar. I think they need a new vacuum cleaner. Didn't check out indoor pool, but I saw some people headed that way, so its open. You get what you pay for....
