What a great little place! My wife and I drove from N.J. to Utah on a whim, without making hotel reservations. We arrived in Utah 2 1/2 days after leaving N.J., planning to stay in Moab. Not one hotel room was available in Moab. We found "1" room in Monticello which was 54 miles from Moab at the Inn at the Canyons. Fortunately the Peace Tree Juice Cafe was directly and the desk person at the Motel directed us to it, after asking where to eat. We had fish tacos, 10 oz rib eye, Salmon and a couple other things in the 2 days we were in the area. Great food. Only complaint was and I've seen this on other review sites is that the women servers and workers could be a bit more friendly! Oh and the Inn at the Canyons was a great little motel, we were happy to have found it and the Cafe!
