The directions took me to the visitor center and museum in the middle of town. There is no overlook with this awesome view.

It can be tricky getting to a good viewpoint depending on where you come in from, but once you get up there on a clear day, it is gorgeous and absolutely worth it. One of my favorite spots in the Bay for sure.
