Kinda skanky. Clean but not nice. The rooms are dark and lit by bright overhead lights. The toilet was dysfunctional. The room is tiny; to be expected. Windows are about thigh level on a grown man. The bedspread was polyester and kinda funky looking. Sheets were clean as can be though. The surrounding neighborhood is rough. The neighboring motels have none of the kitschy appeal but all of the skankiness.
