Shower rooms floors had far too much debris, hair and dead bugs around the edges, and screws were loose in several wall hooks. Bathroom trash cans and toilets needed service in evening (3 of the 4 toilets were unusable) and still at 10 a.m., when the office was locked in spite of sign saying open at 8:30 a.m., so couldn’t report the problems.
