While it is convenient to that side of town, most of the actual attractions in Midland are not terribly close to this motel. The H is the most convenient to the Tridge, Dow Gardens, the Rail Trail, Farmers Market, Downtown shopping area, etc. The Mariott hotels (there are two), Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, Midland Resort, Fairview Inn, and Sleep Inn are all more convenient to the Mall, Fairgrounds, and US-10. Note: US-10 splits off to Business-10, and there is no convenient way to get to US-10 West, from Business 10, near this motel.
